ABOUT

Great Lakes Bay Dining & Entertainment

The Company

As a family and veteran owned company, we have been "Helping Communities Grow Stronger Together" since 1995 as Smart Card Promotions, helping schools and non-profits raise money for their programs.

In 2022 we launched Great Lakes Bay Dining & Entertainment LLC,  Bringing tremendous value to both our customers and participating establishments while helping our local community in need.

Our commitment is to provide value in three areas of the community:

Patrons looking to save money on the everyday things they enjoy doing.

Businesses looking for no upfront cost, no risk advertising.

Providing funds to area rescue missions and food pantry's throughout our communities.

Equally important to the Great Lakes Bay Dining & Entertainment team is supporting veterans.

A  portion of the proceeds from every sale is donated to local veterans organizations.

CEO - Brent Mason

I began my military career in 2000 at Travis Air Force Base, where I served as Crew Chief on the KC-10 Extender until 2006.  During this time I had multiple deployments.  First through Operation Enduring Freedom, where our crew was the second plane off the ground at Travis AFB after the 9-11 attacks, and then again through Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Upon completing my active duty service, I joined the Michigan National Guard where I was Crew Chief on the C-130 Hercules until November of 2008.

As a business man, also owning Hole In One Golf Book and Smart Card Fundraising, I am extremely passionate about supporting veterans and community organizations in need. Some organizations we have worked with are It Takes a Warrior Crisis Response Team, Yellow Ribbon Guard, Michigan Warriors Hockey ProgramSpirit Warriors Hockey Program for disabled veterans, I Support the 1% Food Pantry as well as dozens of community non-profit organizations in support of our community members in need.

Fun Fact: My Grandfather was a paratrooper in World War II and upon being shot down, he met a nurse, who would eventually become his wife and my grandmother!
